Abstract
The body ecology, in the permanent interaction of bodies and world, describes the hybridization of techniques and physical cultures with information incorporating into us the world surrounding human beings and non-human beings. The dualism which separates nature/culture, individual/collective, not human beings does not work in the ecological model. The body ecology is not the result an emergent property stemming from interactions between the body and its environment because it implies from the conception of the human body the incorporation of the world, the cultures and the technique in a hybridization of the others in ourselves. The physical world interconstitue by this coeducation in situation and product of the echos in our body to its unconscious cerebration which updates our worldly plasticity. This ecology of the body in philosophy is not reduced what Philippe Descola describes as a phenomenologic anthropology of the being in the world from a antirepresentational emergentism of devices of connection enters the perceiving subject and its environment. Because with the affordance, the empathy, the neurons - mirror, the driving echo, the neuronal activation and the recalibration, the autopoiesis, the plasticity of the alive ecologize the body not to adapt it to a more and more selective environment but to show its future living in a given culture. We do not stop being immersed in the world without realizing it always to the point that lived of consciousness is only the part to appear from the ecological dumping of our body in the world. Now with the voluntary brain, the intellectual unconscious and the laboratory of the psychological brain the body is not any more the narcissistic center of an individual dominating a nature transformed in an environment.
In middle of the world and its brain the body incorporates the information in the same moment when it expresses by its various languages of the cultures the alive. More than a strict neurological determinism, the body is not either natural by its biology or completely cultural by its environment. By bio-culturality the sciences of the action, the bio-cultural anthropology and either only physical, the phenomenology of the body lived in 1st person, the nature/nurture opposition defineshowever the inhabitants of the technoculture we are.
Any philosophy reflects about the water the earth, the air and the fire since Empédocleby way of Kant until Bachelard. In the Chinese medicine five elements the Wood, the Fire, the Metal, the Water and the Earth inside movement Yin and yang which communicate between them the energy. In the Sicilian school of medicine, Philistion, where the properties of elements - the warmth of the Fire, the cold of the Air, the humidity of the Water, the dry of the Earth - are considered as active strengths a certain combination of which in the body produces, for example, the health, the degree of intelligence and the diverse temperaments or characters.

Have these techniques of the self, also called «culture of the self », which is a transposition of the medical care into « a certain form of consideration brought to the body, both unique and intense » and lifestyles extinguished because of their integration into various expertise systems and avowal mechanisms of medical objectification ?:
They «have without doubt lost a certain part of their importance and autonomy once integrated, along with Christianity, in the exercise of a pastoral power, and later on in our educational, medical or psychological practices ». Self-consciousness is not by essence selfish when considered as a liberal health management which would enable to isolate and empower without interacting with the others; it rather shall be apprehended as « the attention that one takes out of the care that the others must take of themselves.”Through self-health,
the subject wants to act in an autonomous manner by incorporating experiential techniques that generates a routine: the treatment becomes a means of self-transformation. Self-health indeed refers to this concrete form of relationship with oneself, exercised in a practical manner: the subject acts on himself through treatments that affect the whole of his own self – this « holistic » cure distinguishes itself from allo-health which involves the intervention of a third party. Hence, the patient becomes agent of its own well-being as medicine develops self-treatment techniques: self-medication and self-diagnosis. Each person then becomes an expert of his/her own body by connecting with himself/herself, by doing exercises where he/she becomes an object to discover and practices which transform our «own manner of being ».

Programme scientifique concis:
